They also offer a rotating selection of seasonal cheeses, so there’s always something new to try .Neal's Yard Dairy employs expert affineurs who carefully monitor and care for each cheese throughout its maturation process. This meticulous attention ensures that each cheese reaches its peak flavor and quality. At the stall, friendly staff members are always ready to provide tastings. They are knowledgeable about each cheese and can recommend pairings, whether you’re looking for the perfect cracker or a complimentary wine.

At Neal’s Yard Dairy, you’ll find an exceptional selection of must-try cheeses that truly showcase the best of British cheesemaking. One standout is Sparkenhoe Red Leicester, a traditional English cheese celebrated for its rich, nutty flavor and vibrant orange color, making it as visually appealing as it is delicious.
